Mr. He Xingda, born in September 1979, holds a master’s degree in management. Before joining the Company, Mr. He Xingda served as a manager of the department for China Construction Bank, a secondlevel manager, a first-level manager, and a senior deputy manager of the banking department, and a senior deputy manager and a senior manager of the first department of banking institutional management of Central Huijin Investment Ltd., a leader and a senior manager of the first team of asset management at Central Huijin Asset Management Ltd. (“Huijin Asset Management”), and a director and a senior manager of the capital  operation department at Central Huijin Investment Ltd./asset management division of Huijin Asset Management, a director assigned to New China  Life Insurance Company Ltd.  by Central Huijin Investment Ltd., during which time he concurrently served as a director of New China Assets Management Co., Ltd.. He currently serves as a designated director of Central Huijin Investment Ltd. Mr. He has been a Non-Executive Director of China Re since August 2026.
