Mr. Keung Yui Fai was born in June 1960. Mr. Keung graduated from the University of New South Wales, Australia with a bachelor of commerce and law degree, and was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Australia as well as the Supreme Court of Singapore. Mr. Keung is currently a practicing solicitor in Hong Kong, a Notary Public, a China-Appointed Attesting Officer and a partner of Guantao & Chow Solicitors and Notaries.
