Ms. Wang Xiaoya, born in November 1964, holds a Pd.D. degree and is a research fellow. Ms. Wang served as Chief of the Macroeconomic Analysis Division of the Research Bureau of the People's Bank of China (“PBOC”), and Deputy Director of the Research Bureau of the PBOC. Currently, Ms. Wang serves as a Non-Executive Director of Bank of China Limited, a member of the Academic Committee of the China Institute for Rural Studies of Tsinghua University, invited researcher of the National Institute of Financial Research of Tsinghua University, doctoral supervisor of Southwestern University of Finance and Economics and invited professor at the Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. Ms. Wang has been a Non-Executive Director of the Company since August 2019.
